Presentation guidelines

Oral sessions:

Speakers will have 15 minutes available for presentation to be followed by 5 minutes questions.

A computer will be available with Powerpoint installed, or you may use your own computer.


Poster session and PhD forum:

Please prepare a poster describing your work for presentation. The poster boards will take up to A0 size in portrait mode, or A1 size in landscape mode. Each poster presenter will be given 1 minute to outline the key contributions of their work (1 or 2 slides maximum) at the start of the poster session.


Demo session:

You will be allocated a table (with 240 V power) which you may use for your demonstration. You will also have a poster board allocated. It is suggested that you prepare a poster (up to A0 portrait, or A1 landscape) describing your demonstration.


Design competition:

All teams will be required to have at least one member present to connect your FPGA to the host system during the competition.

Those who have accepted papers, please prepare a poster (up to A0 portrait, or A1 landscape) describing your design. These should be available for viewing during the tournament.
